The Word is the best place to start.
The Word brings me truth, sets an example for me, deposits words of wisdom in a time of need, is my defense, and brings me back to who God says I am when I'm under attack. Our mental state is under attack the most, and when our mental state is under fire, everything else can feel that way too.
Below you're going to find some scriptures that I've really held on to. I strongly encourage you to memorize these so that you have them as arsenal against the enemy, post them on your wall or mirror, and declare them over yourself. There's authority in the Word, and Hebrews 4:12 (NKJV) says, "The Word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."
It's a weapon that we need to be utilizing so my question is: what are you fighting?
